Getting Involved - Tenant and Leaseholder Involvement

What is Tenant and Leaseholder Involvement?

Tenant and Leaseholder Involvement is the term we use to describe how tenants, leaseholders and residents are involved in shaping the services we provide.

By getting involved, tenants and leaseholders are able to:

  • exchange information and ideas,
  • become involved in the planning and delivery of housing services,
  • play their part in decision making.

What Involvement opportunities are there for me?

There are a number of ways in which you can get involved:

What are the benefits of Getting Involved?

  • Share your views on the things that matter to you.
  • Improve your housing service and ensure we provide value for money.
  • Find out more about your services and how they operate.
  • Work with local councillors, officers and your neighbours to help deliver improvements.
  • Learn new skills for personal development.

Tenant and Leaseholder Compact

Our Tenant and Leaseholder Compact outlines our commitment to Tenant and Leaseholder Involvement. These documents are currently under review and once complete, will be updated on this page.
