We offer a range of training to meet the needs of tenants and leaseholders.
Training courses we have provided have included:
Basic Computer Skills
This free course consists of 5 sessions over 5 weeks each lasting 2 hours. The course provides an introduction to basic computer skills, including getting to grips with using a computer for the first time, using the internet and email.
Intermediate Computer Skills
This free course leads on from the basic computer skills and looks at the next steps of using computers, based around the needs of attendees.
Mystery Shopping
The role of a mystery shopper is to experience the services provided by Oxford City Council. These experiences are then reviewed against the agreed service standards, to identify and address any gaps. Training is offered to develop the knowledge, tools and skills required to become a Mystery Shopper.
We also welcome suggestions for other potential training and development opportunities that may be of interest to tenants and leaseholders.
