Out of hours customers should use the post box at the Town Hall near to the disabled access entrance for postal deliveries.

By Car

For quick and easy access to the city centre you should use one of Oxford's 5 Park and Ride sites across the city. Visit our Park and Ride pages for details of fares and locations of the sites.

By Train

Exit Oxford train station and turn right. Cross over Frideswide Square and turn left up Park End Street.

When you get to the roundabout at the end of Park End Street, continue on up New Road. At the end of New Road continue past Bonn Square on Queen Street.

At the end of Queen Street, you will come to a crossroads. At the crossroads, turn right on to St Aldate's.

Oxford Town Hall is immediately on your left. Visitors can visit the front reception desk for more information.
