We are one of the largest landlords in Oxford, owning a diverse mix of commercial and residential properties. Our landlord history in Oxford dates back to the early 16th Century, and we are deeply committed to the city's long-term success.
We manage our non-residential estate in-house, managing all the leasing, buying and selling of property, as well as maintaining and improving the land and buildings we rent out to local people and businesses.
Our non-residential estate includes:
- 'Operational' properties and land used for delivering services like community centres and parks
- 'Non-operational' assets such as shops, offices, workshops, warehouses, and estate shops used by others
Both operational and non-operational properties may be deemed surplus by the Council and sold to reinvest in the city.
