Oxford City Council intends to submit a Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) Draft Charging Schedule for examination alongside the Local Plan 2040, under Section 212 of the Planning Act 2008 (as amended by the Localism Act 2011).
In accordance with the Community Infrastructure Levy Regulations 2010 (as amended), Oxford City Council has published the following documents for consultation:

- Oxford City Council: Infrastructure Delivery Plan (IDP)

The consultation period ran from Friday 10 November 2023 to Friday 5 January 2024.
