Timeline of application process
- Application process opens
- Applications received and scored
- Decision made on successful applications and funding awarded
- Minimal Financial Assistance (MFA) assessment made and if required MFA notification to be sent out for signature and returned
- Due diligence checks carried out and evidence collected from applicant
- Grant agreement signed with applicant
- If required MFA confirmation letter sent
- Funds transferred to applicant
- Monitoring schedule set out and agreed
- Project begins
- Ongoing monitoring and evaluation returned to Community Health Development Officer as agreed
