The Tenant Portal enables council housing tenants to access many tenancy-related services securely and confidentially all from the comfort of your own home, 24/7, all year round.

You can:

  • check your rent balance and make a payment
  • view your transactions and request a rent statement
  • request a payment card, standing order, or direct debit
  • request common repairs and view your repair history
  • update your contact and household details
  • request to get involved in how we run our services

How to register

To register, you need:

  • an email address
  • your Payment Reference Number - starts with 900, find this on your rent statement or any tenancy correspondence
  • your date of birth

All details must match those held by the Council.
