How will I benefit?
The Tenant Portal enables council housing tenants to access many tenancy-related services securely and confidentially all from the comfort of your own home, 24/7, all year round. You can:
- Check your rent balance and make a payment
- View your transactions and request a rent statement
- Request a payment card, standing order, or direct debit
- Request common repairs and view your repair history
- Update your contact and household details
- Request to get involved in how we run our services
How to register
To register, all you need is:
- Email address
- Payment Reference Number (starting 900) - check your rent statement or any tenancy correspondence
- Date of birth
Please note all details must match those held by the Council.
