The Tenant Portal enables council housing tenants to access many tenancy-related services securely and confidentially all from the comfort of your own home, 24/7, all year round.
You can:
- check your rent balance and make a payment
- view your transactions and request a rent statement
- request a payment card, standing order, or direct debit
- request common repairs and view your repair history
- update your contact and household details
- request to get involved in how we run our services
How to register
To register, you need:
- an email address
- your Payment Reference Number - starts with 900, find this on your rent statement or any tenancy correspondence
- your date of birth
All details must match those held by the Council.
