We offer face-to-face meetings at our Customer Service Centre which is based at Oxford Westgate Library.
Opening hours
Usual opening hours for the customer service centre are:
- Monday: 10am to 3pm (except bank holidays)
- Tuesday: closed
- Wednesday: 10am to 3pm
- Thursday: closed
- Friday: 10am to 3pm (except bank holidays)
The customer service centre is closed at weekends and on bank holidays.

Location: Oxford Westgate Library, 2nd floor, 228 The Westgate, Queen Street, Oxford OX1 1PE
When you arrive at the library, go to the second floor. We are on the right as you walk through the entrance.
