If you're unhappy with our decision, you can request a review of your application.
Please write to us or email within one month of the date on our initial decision letter to ask for this review.
A senior officer, who was not involved in the original decision, will conduct the review.
We aim to complete review applications within five working days after receiving all necessary paperwork for the decision.
If you're still unhappy with our decision, you have a couple of options:
- seek advice from an advice centre about potential grounds for a judicial review (for example, if you think our decision is irrational, unfair or illegal)
- submit a formal complaint under our complaints procedure
