  1. Forms of nomination for the County Council elections may be obtained from the Deputy Returning Officer at The Town Hall, St Aldate’s, Oxford, OX1 1BX
  2. Nomination papers must be delivered to the Deputy Returning Officer, The Town Hall, St Aldate’s, Oxford, OX1 1BX between 10am and 4pm on any day from the date of this notice (excluding weekends and bank holidays) but no later than 4pm on Wednesday 2 April 2025
  3. If any election is contested the poll will take place on Thursday 1 May 2025
  4. Applications to register to vote must reach the Electoral Registration Officer by midnight on Friday 11 April 2025. Applications can be made online on the Register to vote pgae of GOV.UK
  5. Applications to vote by post and to amend or cancel existing postal votes or existing postal proxy votes must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at The Town Hall, St Aldate’s, Oxford, OX1 1BX by 5pm on Monday 14 April 2025 if they are to be effective for this election. Applications can be made online on the Apply for a postal vote page of GOV.UK
  6. Applications for a Voter Authority Certificate or an Anonymous Elector's Document valid for this election must reach the Electoral Registration Officer by 5pm on Wednesday 23 April 2025. Applications can be made online on the Apply for photo ID to vote page of GOV.UK
  7. Applications to vote by proxy at this election, except for emergencies, must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at The Town Hall, St Aldate’s, Oxford, OX1 1BX by 5pm on Wednesday 23 April 2025.  Some applications can be made online on the Apply for a proxy vote page of GOV.UK
  8. Applications to vote by emergency proxy at this election must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at The Town Hall, St Aldate’s, Oxford, OX1 1BX by 5pm on Thursday 1 May 2025
