How to report flooding issues
Environment Agency Floodline
Call the Environment Agency on 0345 988 1188 to report a flood or if your property faces flooding risks from reservoirs or rivers.
Thames Water
If flooding is due to sewers or burst water mains, call Thames Water on 0800 316 9800.
Oxford City Council support
Contact Oxford City Council if your local area, household/business or vulnerable neighbours need urgent support with flood defences, welfare checks or evacuation.
Call 01865 249811 (option 5). For flooding reports between 5pm and 8am, weekends, or public holidays, use our out-of-hours service on 01865 249811 (Option 1).
