Our Private Rented Sector Sustainment Team is part of the Homelessness Prevention Team and supports tenants housed in any of our private rented sector housing access schemes.
These schemes include:

- Rent Guarantee Scheme (RGS)
- Lord Mayor's Deposit Guarantee Scheme
- Real Lettings
- Settled Oxfordshire
We provide holistic and client-centred support to tenants with a focus on homelessness prevention.
We can provide support for tenants to remain in their current tenancy but can also help with finding alternative accommodation where needed.
We have expertise with income maximisation, supporting tenants with rent increases and supporting the landlord with any tenancy sustainment issues that may arise.
