Oxford City Council Landlord Accreditation Scheme (OCLAS) is a voluntary initiative that we encourage private residential landlords to join. Oxford City Council has partnered with ATLAS (Accreditation and Training for Landlords and Agents Service) which is run by London Borough of Camden on behalf of London authorities and other local authorities in the South-East.
The scheme aims to improve the condition and management of private-rented homes in Oxford.
