Apply to be an accredited landlord

To apply to be an accredited landlord:

go to the ATLAS website and complete the application form, agreement to code of conduct and fit and proper person check
pay for the training course (there is a two year option for £99 or five year option for £199 for online bookings)
complete the training course

Training you need to attend

The ATLAS scheme fee includes a training course (either online or in person sessions based in London) to cover:

pre-tenancy guidance
how to set up a tenancy
how to prevent problems occurring
what to do if things go wrong
what to do at the end of the tenancy

We will contact existing Oxford City Landlord Accreditation Scheme landlords who are awaiting training or are in the process of being accredited to attend a free course.
