Submit a Local Land Charges search online
You have the option of a Full Search or a Personal Search.
Please ensure the search is completed in full and successfully submitted on the portal in order for it to be released to us. You will receive a unique reference number.
Full Searches
When submitting a Full Search, please provide:
- each search request form (LLC1, CON29R or CON29O) independently, in any combination
- the appropriate fee, which must be paid before processing
- an up-to-date plan of the search area with the boundary clearly marked, preferably in red
- for Box C on the CON29(R) form, identify roads, footpaths, and footways by name or by marking them on the plan

Personal Searches
With this service, an Official Certificate of Search will not be issued.
We provide data for CON29R form enquiries, except for information already available online. The official responses combine answers to Qu. 1.1k, 3.4, 3.6, 3.7, and 3.8.
For all other CON29R questions, the process is the same as for official searches.
