Language learning in the library (Oxfordshire County Council website) - free and open to all adults over 18 years old.
Language Café is run by Oxfordshire Libraries and is a safe space for you to talk in English and other languages. It is a place to meet others, ‘swap’ languages and practise speaking and listening in other languages.

EMBS Sixth Form College - offer a 4 day, full-time ESOL programme for all levels, from complete beginners to Level 2/GCSE for young people aged 16-19. Subjects include English, Maths, ICT, Health & Wellbeing, Employability, and sports sessions. Continuous enrolment throughout the year.
