Oxford City Council is celebrating England’s qualification for the Euro 2024 final by flying the England flag.
England sealed a dramatic 2-1 win over the Netherlands with an injury time goal by Ollie Watkins to reach their first major tournament final on foreign soil.
They will now face Spain at the Olympiastadion in Berlin on Sunday evening.
The Council is flying the England flag at Carfax Tower and the 1930s extension to Oxford Town Hall until at least the end of the competition.

“The England team never make it easy for us supporters, but what a way to reach the final of Euro 2024! Congratulations, England, and the best of luck for Sunday.
“We’re celebrating the team’s achievement by flying the England flag at Carfax tower and the 1930s Town Hall extension until at least the end of the tournament. Here’s hoping we can keep it flying on Monday!”
