Face-to-face housing service
The face-to-face housing service operates at the Oxford Westgate Library on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The service will operate on 19 December and will then close, reopening on 2 January.

Recycling and waste changes over Christmas and New Year
Changes to collection days over Christmas:

Suspension of garden and bulky waste collections and bin deliveries
Garden and bulky waste collections, and bin deliveries, will be suspended from the week commencing 23 December and will resume from the week commencing 6 January.
Extra recycling collections
Extra recycling, such as wrapping paper and cards (excluding foil), can be placed next to your blue recycling bin in a clear bag.
Small electrical items collection
Small electrical items, such as broken fairy lights, will be collected when placed in a clear bag on top of your food bin.
Christmas food waste collection
All leftover Christmas food, including used cooking oil (placed in a sealed plastic bottle inside your food caddy) will be collected in your food caddy.
Christmas tree collections
Real Christmas trees (free from decorations, lights and pots) can be left at designated drop-off points after Christmas, or will be collected kerbside from 7 January.
