The Economic Growth Steering Board is a sub-group of the Oxford Strategic Partnership which see members working together to promote economic development, growth and regeneration.
The Economic Growth Steering Board is chaired by Peter Nolan formerly Chief Business Officer, Oxford Biomedica Plc and Richard Venables, Director of CBRE Real Estate Company (Oxford) and Oxford business representatives on the Oxfordshire Local Enterprise Partnership. It meets quarterly to oversee the delivery of the city’s growth strategy and other key economic development and growth related issues relevant to the city as well as ensuring effective engagement with local businesses and employers. .
The Steering Board includes representatives from businesses and business groups, universities and colleges, the Local Enterprise Partnership and the City and County councils. See the Terms of Reference and membership for the Board.
