Discounts are available for those in receipt of Housing Benefit or Council Tax Reduction.
If the pest is in a communal area rather than in your home then you should advise your housing manager as the pest may be affecting more than one person. If this is the case then the Council may cover the cost of treatment and will liaise with the pest control team directly on your behalf
