Leys Youth Hub development at Leys Pools and Leisure Centre
Leys Youth Hub is an exciting new development project in Blackbird Leys, funded by the Youth Investment Fund. The project is a collaboration between Oxford City Council and Oxfordshire County Council and will expand and diversify the current youth offer in Blackbird Leys.
You can see artists' impressions of the designs below.
The new development, located at the front of the Leys Pool and Leisure Centre, is on track to open in 2025. The facilities will include a climbing wall, teaching kitchen, music/media studio, hub space and 1-to-1 rooms, as well as a youth office.
Community partners and stakeholders will be invited to collaborate and utilise this space. A team of full-time youth workers will run a diverse, youth-led program of activities for 11 to 18-year-olds (up to 25 if you have a disability) after school and during school holidays.
