This online service is for use when you've submitted your application and have been asked to submit additional documents.
Follow these steps for a successful submission:
- Click on Start New Form
- Choose which application you need to submit additional documents for
- Click on the Application Lookup button in green
- Enter your licence reference number - This can be found on the email you received from taxiapplications@oxford.gov.uk and will look similar to 23/12345/TXHPD
- The application reference number will be populated once your application has been found
- Attach all the additional documents you need to submit for your application
- Once you have finished, click Submit at the top of the page
