If you have had an accident involving your Hackney Carriage or Private Hire Vehicle please use our form below to submit your accident details for assessment by the Licensing Authority. You will also be required to upload photos of any damage sustained to your vehicle before submitting the form.
Please note we no longer accept accident notifications via email.
As per the conditions attached to Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Vehicle Licences, the proprietor must inform the Licensing Authority within 72 hours of any accident involving their licensed vehicles.
