Get involved in shaping housing services
Thank you for your interest in getting involved with the Oxford City Council Resident Involvement Team.
Residents play an important role in helping us improve housing services across the city. By sharing your experiences, ideas and feedback, you can help shape how services are delivered and how decisions are made.
We welcome involvement from tenants, leaseholders and shared owners. Residents who get involved come from many different backgrounds, but they share a commitment to improving homes, neighbourhoods and housing services.
Why get involved?
Getting involved gives you the opportunity to have your say and help improve housing services.
Your feedback helps us understand what matters most to residents and where services can improve.
By getting involved, you can help us:
- improve the quality of housing services
- shape policies and service changes
- review performance and hold us to account
- make sure residents’ voices are heard in decision-making
You do not need any special experience to take part, and you can choose how much time you want to give.
What happens after you sign up?
Once you complete this form, the Resident Involvement Team will contact you to:
- confirm your details

- help you choose the ways you would like to get involved
There are many ways to take part. Some residents complete surveys or attend occasional meetings, while others take part in panels, projects or service reviews.
