We will record and investigate potential breaches in planning control reported to us. Sometimes we do not proceed with investigations, but we will tell you the reasons why if you provide your contact details. We will also tell you how you can challenge this decision if you disagree.
To make a report we will need you to provide various information which can be viewed on our Report a breach of planning control page.
This form usually takes about 10 minutes to complete. Please note that after 60 minutes of inactivity the form will time out and any information you have entered will be lost.
