ASB Case Review Referral

An anti-social behaviour case review will take place if the following threshold is met:

• 3 or more qualifying complaints of anti-social behaviour relating to the same problem in the past 6 months to the Council, police or their landlord, and no effective action has been taken or
• 1 incident or crime motivated by hate in the last 3 months and no effective action has been taken

Applicants will need to provide:

• contact information
• details of each time you have reported antisocial behaviour
• to whom you reported it (name, organisation and incident reference number)
• information about the anti-social behaviour

This form usually takes about 10 minutes to complete. Please note that after 60 minutes of inactivity the form will time out and any information you have entered will be lost.
