You can submit requests to access your data in person, by email, over the telephone or by post. We recommend you complete this form as the easiest way to make a request that includes all the information which you need to supply.
Before processing your request we require proof of your identity. You will be asked to upload this as part of the form.
Accepted photo IDs include passport identification pages or a driving licence.
If requesting on behalf of someone else, you will be asked to upload their signed consent and proof of their identity.
Please note: The Council can only provide information that it has collected. If you think some other organisation holds any of the information you want you should make a request directly to them.
