Project developer full application form

Thank you for your interest in the Local Carbon Oxford Project (LCOP).
This application form is intended for organisations who are seeking to enrol as a project developer in order to receive funding for the installation of energy efficiency measures. This form will provide the LCOP team with all information and evidence required to register your organisation as an LCOP project developer.
The details of your project will then be listed on the LCOP project register, which will enable you to connect with potential project funders; if you would like to view a copy, please email LCOP@oxford.gov.uk. To support you in completing this form, there is an LCOP guidance document available, please use the same email to request a copy or for any further queries.
You will need to provide supporting documentation with this application. Before starting this form please make sure you have available to upload with this form:
- Evidence of how carbon savings were calculated
- Evidence of your expected costs
- If available, specification of the proposed energy efficiency measures, plan for the ongiong monitoring and management of measures, plan for the maintenance and eventual replacement or upgrade of the measures
- Evidence that any approvals, licenses and permissions have been obtained
