This application form is intended for organisations who are seeking to enrol as a Project Funder to support carbon saving projects in Oxford. This form will provide the LCOP team with all information required to register your organisation as an LCOP funder.
Once registered, you will be listed on the LCOP Central Register; the first step to being connected with energy efficiency initiatives. Responses provided to questions on this form marked "Public" will appear on a public version of the Central Register. All other information is collected for internal use.

- the form will time out after 1 hour of no activity and any information you have entered will be lost
