Your lease includes an annual budget of £500 for maintenance inside your property. It covers:
- Supply water, gas or electricity - for example sinks, baths or pipes
- Heat your home, for example, a boiler or radiator
- Support the structure of the building e.g. windows, doors or walls
- Any administration fee or insurance excess in respect of a warranty may be claimed

- Supporting evidence of the repair that is needed (e.g. photographs)
- A quote from a Trustmark registered tradesperson

If you are a shared owner at The Oval/Desborough Crescent, 40 Harefields, Plough House / Between Towns Road or Bridges Cross then please do not complete this form as your lease does not have a repairs allowance.
