To vary the layout of the premises in accordance with the plans submitted by the applicant. Such variation to take effect
from the date on which the licensing authority are advised the works are complete. All licensable activities, permitted
hours and opening hours to remain as existing.
Works consist of the following:-
Ground Floor
2 new sections of fixed seating in the Lounge Dining area.
3 new drinks shelves and a new screen in the two bar areas.
Removal of 2 sections of fixed seating in the Flex Dining area.
New section of fixed seating to the far left of the Flex Dining area.
Removal of a section of fixed seating in the Bar 2 area.
NB: First floor plan has also been included to correctly show the existing layout.
