Summary
The variation seeks to increase the starting time for all licensable activities from 12:00 hours to 11:30 hours, amend/remove conditions and update the layout of the premises.

Conditions:
Amend condition 34 to read as follows:
"The Premises Licence Holder shall ensure that the sale and consumption of alcohol will be an ancillary business function to the premises main purpose as that of a restaurant. The premises will not be given over to predominantly alcohol sales/consumption i.e. as a bar, pub nightclub etc."
To remove the following conditions:
10. The Premises Licence Holder shall ensure that SIA Door Staff will work every Friday and Saturday night from 21:00 hours until 23:30 hours.
16. As part of the written 'security measures' policy condition, the premises licence holder will carry out and implement a written risk assessment regarding the need (if at all) for SIA licenced door supervisors. This will be for day to day standard operation as well as for any special one off events over and above that of normal trade. The risk assessment will be to the satisfaction of the police and where subsequent issues or concerns related to the security risk assessment are brought to the premises licence holder's attention by the police, the premises licence holder will make amendments as directed. The security risk assessment will be made readily available to the Licensing Authority or Police during the hours the premises is open to the public upon request to check for compliance.
17. Where the premises employs SIA door staff there will be no fewer than 2 on duty to avoid issues and risks associated with lone working. Where the risk assessment finds there to be a need for more than two SIA security, the premises shall then operate a ratio of 1 SIA security person to every 75 customers.
35. The Premises Licence Holder shall ensure that there shall be a minimum of two body worn camera devices in use at the premises whenever SIA door staff are on duty and used by SIA door staff. The Body Worn devices will be capable of recording video images and sound. Recorded images will be stored for a rolling minimum period of 31 days and shall be produced to a police employee in a readily playable format immediately upon request when the premises are open to the public and at all other times as soon as is reasonably practicable.
36. The Premises Licence Holder shall ensure that SIA door supervisors will each carry an internal radio to allow communication between themselves and management
