New Premises Licence Application: Oktoberfest event - The event will take place in a big top tent on the north east side of South Park. It will be situated with the stage and speaker facing west which will be directionally facing down South
Park and away from residents to reduce noise nuisance. There will be a heras fencing border around the site. The site will be self-sufficient with toilets, power, running water, security,lights and first aid. Stewards, security and litter pickers will be outside the premises after theevent monitoring the egress of the crowd.
License will only be applicable for a maximum of one weekend (Friday and Saturday) of the year - in either September or October subject to council and SAG approval.
