Variation to plans:
Add new section of fixed seating opposite entrance by bay window, next to ladies toilet.
Remove gents toilet behind bar counter area and form new glasswash room.
Change right hand side of bar counter to set back and form new 45 degree corner.
New service hatch to be formed to rear of bar counter, to provide service to the pool table area
Adapt fixed seating in pool table area
Increase size of gents toilets, by using part of rear store/corridor area
Form new cleaners store by ladies toilets
Add 3 new seating booths to right hand side of plan.
