We aim to be fair transparent and equal in terms of pay:
- We use one job evaluation method throughout our structure
- We pay colleagues in the same role the same pay rate (except for training and development reasons)
- An annual pay rise for all is agreed with our union partners
- We provide clear guidelines on how to position pay
